Working with the team at Flatpack Creative I created animated sequences to outline Ellevio’s new ‘Power Peaks’ pricing model, as well as creating visual effects to bring their digital assistant to life.
The main campaign video features the most VFX work – all shots of the digital assistant (pictured on the video thumbnail) speaking were created in post production. It involved a bit of savvy tracking, creating a ‘light-up effect’, and then syncing the light to illuminate and darken with the voiceover. I made use of Red Giant’s very handy plugin Sound Keys which allows you tether audio waveform data to a specific visual element, to have that visual element inherit its behaviour from that waveform data.
This video – an explanation of Ellevio’s new Power Peaks pricing model – features a more significant use of 2D animation as we break down the pricing changes into easy to understand visuals.
The lightest of all three from a graphics perspective, the final Ellevio video features simple animation visuals to help highlight tips to reduce your energy usage.
